The National Pensions Scheme Authority (NAPSA) has paid out over K6.4 billion to over 251, 413 members who have claimed their pre-retirement partial withdrawal benefits.

NAPSA Head of Cooperate Affairs Cephas Sinyangwe disclosed at the just ended Copperbelt Agricultural, Mining, Industrial and Networking Expo (CAMINEX) that K2 billion is value being added on to the principle contribution.

Mr. Sinyangwe revealed that money is being drawn from various investments that NAPSA has made over the years in order to add value to the partial withdraws.

He points out that it is evident that when employees make contributions to NAPSA, their money grows.

Mr. Sinyangwe also reveals that NAPSA has continued to pay out beneficiaries through the Zambia National Provident Fund (ZNPF).
