Some applicants of the National Pension Scheme partial withdrawal in Kitwe District have lamented over the tedious procedure they have to undergo to access their funds.

The applicants that spoke to Flava News say they have been spending nights in the queue and some arrive at the NAPSA office at ECL Mall as early as 03:00 hours.

Others have urged the Authority to find solutions that will be effective and expedite the process while others feel that the process to verify credentials on the National Registration Card is too tedious.

They have further appealed to NAPSA to find solutions that will address challenges that applicants are facing when trying to access their partial withdraw.

On 17th April President Hakainde Hichilema signed into law, the NAPSA Bill of 2023 which will enable contributors to access some of their money before they reach the official retirement.
