Civil Society Organisation, Future-Preneurs Zambia (FPZ) in partnership with the Mufulira Municipal Council has managed to simplify the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) guidelines by localising them in Bemba as well as by using cartoon and pictorial characters to ease explanations.
Speaking in an interview with Flava News, FPZ Executive Director Martin Kampamba said they embarked on this initiative because CDF guidelines are too bulky and many locals could not understand the procedures.
Mr. Kampamba says this initiative will enable the general populace to understand and know what to regard successful applications for CDF and subsequently contribute to the development of the country.
He notes that they are yet to launch the project as soon as all aspects are put in place.
